I choose this picture because I think that the children were the most who suffered during the Vietnam War. This operation in the beginning didn't work the first flight crashed. But they waited for the right time to evacuate not only babies thousand of families also were evacuated. I think that it was really brave and kind of all the people who helped in this operation and I am very proud of them for giving this children the opportunity of life away of the shadows and ashes of the war.

I chose the preceding photographs solely for their introduction to my topic of international awareness and resistance to the war in Vietnam. While protesters in America came together in vast movements, many beyond the United States felt it equally a humanitarian crisis and unified against the mass loss of life in Vietnam. Protest of such injustice is not done for the sake of a country, or even for the loss of life. It is done for the preservation of justice in the world.
